- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, maple syrup, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until they are tender and caramelized.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped walnuts before serving.
Notes
- For extra crunch, toast the walnuts before adding them.
