Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (such as rosemary, thyme, or parsley)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the grated Parmesan, shredded cheddar, chopped herbs, garlic powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
  3. Using a tablespoon, scoop the cheese mixture and drop it onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each drop.
