Description

These delightful Christmas spiced pumpkin seed clusters are combined with cacao, making for a delicious and healthy holiday treat!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup cacao nibs
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin seeds, cacao nibs, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and spices until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and fragrant.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before breaking into clusters.
