- 2 cups raw pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup cacao nibs
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin seeds, cacao nibs, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and spices until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and fragrant.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely before breaking into clusters.
