Description

Deliciously festive mini peppers stuffed with a creamy herbed cheese mixture, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 12 mini sweet peppers
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the mini peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, parsley, chives, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  4. Stuff the pepper halves with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the peppers are tender and the filling is hot.
