- 12 mini sweet peppers
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the mini peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, parsley, chives, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Stuff the pepper halves with the cream cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the peppers are tender and the filling is hot.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
