Description

Delicious and festive deviled eggs decorated to look like Christmas trees!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup broccoli florets, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then cool in ice water.
  2. Peel and slice the eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks.
  3. In a bowl, mix yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  5. Decorate with broccoli, cherry tomatoes, cheese, and parsley to create a tree shape.
  6. Chill before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can mix in a dash of hot sauce into the yolk mixture.
  • Garnish with additional herbs for a fresh touch.
