- 2 cups custard
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fruit preserves
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Start by cutting the sponge cake into cubes.
- In a large glass bowl, layer half of the sponge cake at the bottom.
- Spread half of the custard over the cake and then half of the fruit.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with extra fruits.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
