Description

A festive and delightful dessert featuring layers of sponge cake, custard, and whipped cream, topped with fresh fruits.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups custard
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fruit preserves
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Start by cutting the sponge cake into cubes.
  2. In a large glass bowl, layer half of the sponge cake at the bottom.
  3. Spread half of the custard over the cake and then half of the fruit.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
