Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon to create your cinnamon sugar blend.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface and cut them into squares, approximately 2 inches by 2 inches.
  4. Brush the edges of each square with the beaten egg to help seal them.
