- 4 cloud bread slices
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup coffee, brewed
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Dark chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the cloud bread slices and let them cool completely.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Dip each slice of cloud bread in the brewed coffee briefly.
- Layer the soaked cloud bread in a serving dish, alternating with the mascarpone mixture.
- Sprinkle cocoa powder between layers and on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, garnish with dark chocolate shavings.
Notes
- For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso instead of brewed coffee.
- Serve with additional cocoa powder on the side.
