Description

A light and fluffy dessert that combines the airy texture of cloud bread with the classic flavors of tiramisu.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cloud bread slices
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup coffee, brewed
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Dark chocolate shavings for garnish


Instructions

  1. Prepare the cloud bread slices and let them cool completely.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Dip each slice of cloud bread in the brewed coffee briefly.
  4. Layer the soaked cloud bread in a serving dish, alternating with the mascarpone mixture.
  5. Sprinkle cocoa powder between layers and on top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  7. Before serving, garnish with dark chocolate shavings.

Notes

  • For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso instead of brewed coffee.
