Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract, stirring until well combined.
