Description

Delicious and energizing bars infused with coffee and ginger.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup brewed coffee
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix oats, almond butter, honey, coffee, and ginger.
  3. Add in nuts and chocolate chips; stir to combine.
  4. Press the mixture into a lined baking pan.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
  6. Let cool, then cut into bars.

  • Substitute almond butter with any nut butter of choice.
