Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup brewed coffee
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix oats, almond butter, honey, coffee, and ginger.
- Add in nuts and chocolate chips; stir to combine.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
- Let cool, then cut into bars.
Notes
- Store bars in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Substitute almond butter with any nut butter of choice.
