Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine corn, milk, eggs, sugar, melted butter, salt, and baking powder.
- Stir in the cheese if using.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until set and lightly golden.
