Description

Delicious and easy-to-make crab-filled triangles, perfect for appetizers or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1 can crab meat
  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, lemon juice, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the crab mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll the triangle from the wide end to the point to enclose the filling.
  6. Place the rolled triangles on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm.

Notes

  • These can be made ahead and frozen before baking; just add a few extra minutes to the baking time if baking from frozen.
  • For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the filling.
