Ingredients

- 1 pound large mushrooms, stems removed
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, crab meat, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and black pepper until well combined.
- Stuff the mushroom caps with the crab mixture.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle shredded parmesan cheese on top of each mushroom.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the filling.
- These can be made ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
