These delicious Cranberry and Brie Filo Crackers are perfect for a festive appetizer or holiday gathering.

- 1 package filo dough
- 8 ounces Brie cheese
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a baking dish, lay out a sheet of filo dough and brush with olive oil.
- Layer two more sheets of filo dough, brushing each with oil.
- Cut the layered filo into squares.
- Place a slice of Brie on each square, top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce and some walnuts.
- Fold the corners of the filo over the filling to create a parcel.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
