Description

These delicious Cranberry and Brie Filo Crackers are perfect for a festive appetizer or holiday gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 package filo dough
  • 8 ounces Brie cheese
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a baking dish, lay out a sheet of filo dough and brush with olive oil.
  3. Layer two more sheets of filo dough, brushing each with oil.
  4. Cut the layered filo into squares.
  5. Place a slice of Brie on each square, top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce and some walnuts.
  6. Fold the corners of the filo over the filling to create a parcel.
  7. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
