- 4 pounds beef short ribs
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 tablespoons chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, mix cranberry sauce, chipotle peppers, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub short ribs with the mixture and place them in a roasting pan.
- Add beef broth to the pan and cover with foil.
- Bake for 3 hours, then uncover and bake for an additional 30 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier glaze, add more chipotle peppers.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or rice to soak up the delicious sauce.
