Description

These succulent lamb chops are glazed with a sweet and tangy cranberry sauce, perfect for a festive meal or special occasion.


Ingredients

  • 8 lamb chops
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, combine cranberry sauce, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the lamb chops with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the lamb chops on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, until desired doneness.
  5. During the last few minutes of cooking, brush the cranberry glaze over the lamb chops.
  6. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
