- 4 pounds turkey breast
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, brown sugar, honey, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium heat until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens.
- Rub the turkey breast with olive oil and thyme, then season with additional salt and pepper.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and brush with the cranberry orange glaze.
- Roast the turkey in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- For a richer glaze, add a splash of whiskey or bourbon to the cranberry sauce.
