Description

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds turkey breast
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, brown sugar, honey, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium heat until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens.
  3. Rub the turkey breast with olive oil and thyme, then season with additional salt and pepper.
  4. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and brush with the cranberry orange glaze.
  5. Roast the turkey in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let the turkey rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
