A delicious keto-friendly snack featuring mini peppers stuffed with a creamy mixture of cream cheese and bacon.


Ingredients

  • 12 mini sweet peppers
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cheddar cheese until well blended.
  3. Cut the mini peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  4. Stuff each pepper half with the cream cheese and bacon mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the peppers are tender and the filling is golden.
