- 12 mini sweet peppers
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cheddar cheese until well blended.
- Cut the mini peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- Stuff each pepper half with the cream cheese and bacon mixture.
- Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the peppers are tender and the filling is golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
