Description

Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken with Cheesy Twisted Pasta is a delightful dish that combines tender chicken in a rich garlic Parmesan sauce served over cheesy twisted pasta.


Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts, sliced or pounded thin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: a pinch of Italian seasoning or parsley for garnish
  • 8 oz (225 g) twisted pasta (fusilli, rotini, etc.)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • Extra Parmesan for topping

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook chicken on both sides until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, bring to a simmer. Add Parmesan and stir until melted and creamy.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over the top. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  6. In a separate pot, toss drained pasta with butter and shredded cheese until melted and creamy. Stir in a spoonful of the Parmesan sauce if desired.
  7. Serve the chicken over the cheesy twisted pasta and garnish with parsley and more Parmesan.
