Description

A rich and creamy twist on traditional scrambled eggs, enhanced with the delicate flavor of smoked salmon.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 100 grams smoked salmon, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Chives, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until well combined.
  2. In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium-low heat.
  3. Pour in the egg mixture and gently stir with a spatula, allowing the eggs to cook slowly.
  4. When the eggs are partially set, fold in the smoked salmon and continue to cook until creamy and just set.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, then garnish with chopped chives before serving.

Notes

  • For extra creaminess, you can add more heavy cream or a dollop of crème fraîche.
  • Serve with toasted bread or a bagel for a complete meal.
