Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Pat them dry with a clean towel. Pierce each potato a few times with a fork to allow steam to escape during cooking.
  2. Rub the potatoes with olive oil until fully coated. Sprinkle with coarse salt and pepper if desired.
  3. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Check for doneness by inserting a fork or knife—if it goes in easily, they’re ready.
  6. Slice open the potatoes, fluff the insides with a fork, and add your favorite toppings—like butter, sour cream, shredded cheese, chives, or bacon bits.
