These delicious crispy cheese chips topped with seasoned ground beef are perfect for snacking or serving at a party.

- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir well.
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place small mounds of cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and top each cheese chip with a spoonful of beef mixture.
- Return to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- For extra flavor, experiment with different seasonings on the beef.
- Serve with salsa or guacamole for dipping.
