Description

These delicious crispy cheese chips topped with seasoned ground beef are perfect for snacking or serving at a party.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir well.
  4. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place small mounds of cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  6. Remove from the oven and top each cheese chip with a spoonful of beef mixture.
  7. Return to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
