- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup tomato, diced
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the chicken in the skillet for 6-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside to rest for 5 minutes before slicing into strips.
- While the chicken is cooking, prepare the bacon and crumble it into small pieces.
- Warm the flour tortillas in the skillet for 20 seconds on each side.
- To assemble the wraps, spread ranch dressing over each tortilla, then layer with shredded lettuce, sliced chicken, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, and diced tomatoes.
- Roll up the tortillas, folding in the sides to secure the filling.
- Serve immediately or wrap in foil for a portable meal.
