Description

A delicious and satisfying wrap featuring crispy chicken, crumbled bacon, and creamy ranch dressing, all wrapped in a soft tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup tomato, diced

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook the chicken in the skillet for 6-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside to rest for 5 minutes before slicing into strips.
  3. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the bacon and crumble it into small pieces.
  4. Warm the flour tortillas in the skillet for 20 seconds on each side.
  5. To assemble the wraps, spread ranch dressing over each tortilla, then layer with shredded lettuce, sliced chicken, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, and diced tomatoes.
  6. Roll up the tortillas, folding in the sides to secure the filling.
  7. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for a portable meal.
