  • 2 boneless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing
  • 2 brioche buns
  • 1/2 cup shredded romaine lettuce
  • 2 slices of tomato
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for best results).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Remove chicken from buttermilk and dredge in seasoned flour until fully coated.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through (about 5-6 minutes per side).
  5. Slice brioche buns and butter the insides. Toast them lightly on a skillet until golden.
  6. Spread Caesar dressing on both bun halves.
  7. Layer lettuce, tomato, crispy chicken, and Parmesan on the bottom half of the bun.
  8. Close with the top bun and press gently. Serve hot with fries or a salad.
