- 2 boneless chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing
- 2 brioche buns
- 1/2 cup shredded romaine lettuce
- 2 slices of tomato
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for best results).
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Remove chicken from buttermilk and dredge in seasoned flour until fully coated.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through (about 5-6 minutes per side).
- Slice brioche buns and butter the insides. Toast them lightly on a skillet until golden.
- Spread Caesar dressing on both bun halves.
- Layer lettuce, tomato, crispy chicken, and Parmesan on the bottom half of the bun.
- Close with the top bun and press gently. Serve hot with fries or a salad.
