Description

These crispy chicken thighs with a parmesan crust are a delicious and easy dish perfect for any weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs in olive oil and then dredge in the parmesan mixture.
  4. Place the thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
