Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix together parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the chicken thighs in olive oil and then dredge in the parmesan mixture.
- Place the thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
