Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 cups vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions
- In a food processor, pulse shrimp until coarsely chopped.
- Add breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper, and beaten egg. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the patties until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add chopped chili or cilantro.
- Serve with a dipping sauce for added taste.
