Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef or chicken
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8-10 leaves romaine or iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped onions (optional)
- 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef or chicken until fully cooked.
- Add the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Simmer for another 5 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- Wash and dry the lettuce leaves, then fill each leaf with the meat mixture.
- Top with cheese, tomatoes, onions, and sour cream if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
