Description

Delicious and crispy egg rolls filled with seafood, perfect for an appetizer or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1/2 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced

  • 1 package egg roll wrappers

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab meat, cabbage, green onions, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Take an egg roll wrapper and place a spoonful of the mixture in the center.
  3. Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the egg rolls until golden brown.
