Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab meat, cabbage, green onions, garlic, and ginger.
- Take an egg roll wrapper and place a spoonful of the mixture in the center.
- Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly.
- Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the egg rolls until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
