Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup water


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the brown sugar, melted butter, ground cinnamon, salt, black pepper, honey, and water. Mix until well combined.
  2. Add the baby carrots to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the mixture.
  3. Transfer the coated carrots to the Crock Pot and spread them out evenly.
