Description

A delightful breakfast sandwich featuring flaky croissants, eggs, cheese, and your choice of protein.


Ingredients

  • 2 buttery croissants
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 slices cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
  • 4 slices bacon or sausage patty
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook bacon or sausage until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, crack the eggs and cook to your liking; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Slice the croissants in half and toast them lightly in the skillet.
  5. Assemble the sandwich: Place one slice of cheese on the bottom half of the croissant, followed by the cooked eggs, bacon or sausage, and another slice of cheese.
  6. Top with the other half of the croissant and enjoy!
