- 2 buttery croissants
- 2 large eggs
- 2 slices cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
- 4 slices bacon or sausage patty
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook bacon or sausage until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, crack the eggs and cook to your liking; season with salt and pepper.
- Slice the croissants in half and toast them lightly in the skillet.
- Assemble the sandwich: Place one slice of cheese on the bottom half of the croissant, followed by the cooked eggs, bacon or sausage, and another slice of cheese.
- Top with the other half of the croissant and enjoy!
