A delicious and flavorful Cuban Chopped Grinder Sandwich that combines layers of meats, cheese, and a tangy dressing.
Ingredients

- 1 loaf Cuban bread or hoagie rolls
- 6 slices deli ham
- 6 slices roast pork or pulled pork
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 6 slices salami
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- ½ cup sliced pickles
- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp pickle juice
- 1 tsp oregano
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together all grinder dressing ingredients until smooth.
- Chop lettuce, pickles, and red onion. Toss with some grinder dressing until well coated.
- Slice bread and layer with ham, pork, salami, and Swiss cheese.
- Add the chopped grinder salad mixture on top of the meats.
- Drizzle with extra dressing, press the sandwich together, slice, and enjoy!
