- 1 cup dark chocolate chips (semi-sweet or bittersweet)

- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk, dark chocolate chips, cocoa powder, and butter. Stir continuously until the chocolate and butter are melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Once melted, remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt until well combined.
- Allow the sauce to cool slightly before serving. It can be served warm over ice cream, pancakes, or brownies.
- If not using immediately, let the sauce cool completely, then transfer it to an airtight container and refrigerate. Reheat gently in the microwave or on the stovetop before serving.
