Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons erythritol or preferred sweetener


Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix almond butter, cocoa powder, erythritol, and sea salt until well combined.
  3. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
