- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons erythritol or preferred sweetener
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix almond butter, cocoa powder, erythritol, and sea salt until well combined.
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Pour a layer of melted chocolate into each liner, reserving some for topping.
- Add a layer of the almond butter mixture on top of the chocolate layer.
