This Decadent Nutella Swirl Banana Bread is the perfect combination of sweet and rich chocolate flavor with moist banana bread.

- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Nutella
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas and melted butter.
- Add baking soda and salt to the banana mixture and mix well.
- Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract until incorporated.
- Gently fold in the flour until just combined.
- Pour half of the banana batter into the prepared pan and layer with half of the Nutella.
- Repeat with the remaining batter and Nutella.
- Swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate Nutella.
- Make sure bananas are fully ripe for best results.
- Store the banana bread in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
