Delicious Cruffins are a delightful hybrid of croissants and muffins, perfect for breakfast or a sweet treat.

- 1 sheet of puff pastry (thawed if frozen)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
- Filling of choice (jam, Nutella, cinnamon sugar, or pastry cream – optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Set to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin.
- Roll out the dough: On a floured surface, roll the puff pastry into a rectangle about 12×10 inches.
- Brush & sprinkle: Brush with melted butter and sprinkle evenly with sugar and cinnamon.
- Slice & roll: Cut the dough into 4 long strips. If using filling, spread it now. Roll each strip into a spiral, then stand them up in the muffin tin.
- Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes, until puffed and golden brown.
- Cool & dust: Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar.

- Feel free to experiment with different fillings for variety.
