Ingredients

- 1 cup red lentils
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Rinse the red lentils under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In a pot, combine the lentils and water and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes until tender.
- Drain excess water and let the lentils cool slightly.
- In a food processor, combine lentils, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, olive oil, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool, break into pieces, and enjoy!
