A flavorful recipe for Delicious Rosemary Dijon Chicken that is easy to prepare and perfect for any meal.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ cup chicken broth
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Pat chicken dry, then season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (165°F internal temperature). Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and rosemary; sauté for 30 seconds. Stir in Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and chicken broth. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over the top, and cook for 1–2 more minutes.
- Plate chicken with extra rosemary Dijon sauce over the top. Pairs wonderfully with roasted potatoes or steamed veggies.
Notes
- For a stronger flavor, use fresh rosemary instead of dried.
- This dish pairs well with a variety of sides, including roasted potatoes and steamed vegetables.
