- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: pinch of cayenne for a spicy kick
- Chopped parsley or dipping sauce for serving
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer: Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Season the chicken: In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne if using.
- Air fry: Place chicken bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and cooked through (internal temp should be 165°F / 74°C).
- Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley or serve with your favorite dipping sauce (ranch, honey mustard, etc.).
