This Easy Cheese and Roasted Garlic Pull-Apart Bread is a deliciously cheesy and garlicky treat that is perfect for sharing.

- 1 loaf of bread dough
- 1 head of garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the top off the head of garlic and drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil and roast for 30-35 minutes.
- While the garlic is roasting, prepare the bread dough by cutting it into pieces.
- Once the garlic is cool, squeeze the cloves into a bowl and mash them into a paste.
- Mix the mashed garlic with the cheeses, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the cheese mixture into the pieces of dough.
- Place the stuffed dough into a bundt pan and drizzle with any remaining olive oil.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add herbs or spices to the cheese mixture.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
