Description

This Easy Cheese and Roasted Garlic Pull-Apart Bread is a deliciously cheesy and garlicky treat that is perfect for sharing.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 loaf of bread dough
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the top off the head of garlic and drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil and roast for 30-35 minutes.
  3. While the garlic is roasting, prepare the bread dough by cutting it into pieces.
  4. Once the garlic is cool, squeeze the cloves into a bowl and mash them into a paste.
  5. Mix the mashed garlic with the cheeses, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  6. Stuff the cheese mixture into the pieces of dough.
  7. Place the stuffed dough into a bundt pan and drizzle with any remaining olive oil.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add herbs or spices to the cheese mixture.
  • Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
