Description

These Easy Keto Blackberry Pistachio Dessert Bars are a delicious low-carb treat perfect for a keto diet.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup erythritol sweetener
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup blackberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup pistachios, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, melted butter, erythritol, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  4. Spread the blackberries evenly over the crust.
  5. Sprinkle chopped pistachios on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
