- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup erythritol sweetener
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup blackberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup pistachios, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, melted butter, erythritol, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Spread the blackberries evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle chopped pistachios on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
