This Easy Keto Sweet Condensed Milk Bread is a deliciously low-carb alternative to traditional bread, perfect for those following a keto diet.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk (keto-friendly)
  • 1/4 cup erythritol
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, sweetened condensed milk, and melted butter.
