- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, sweetened condensed milk, and melted butter.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until well mixed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
