Description

Delicious and easy to make Korean ground beef bowls that are perfect for a quick dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
  3. Stir in the garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve the beef over cooked rice and top with steamed broccoli, green onions, and sesame seeds.
