Delicious and easy to make Korean ground beef bowls that are perfect for a quick dinner.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup steamed broccoli
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
- Stir in the garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve the beef over cooked rice and top with steamed broccoli, green onions, and sesame seeds.
Notes
- Serve with Sriracha for added spice.
- Can substitute ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
