Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked lentils, flour, salt, olive oil, thyme, and oregano.
- Add water gradually until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for a few minutes until smooth.
- Divide dough into small balls and flatten each ball into a round flatbread.
- Cook each flatbread in a skillet over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
