- 1 cup cold milk
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 graham cracker crust
- ¼ cup chopped pistachios for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the pistachio pudding mix and cold milk. Whisk until smooth.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add the pudding mix and blend well.
- Fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Garnish with chopped pistachios before slicing.
Notes
- For a more intense flavor, you can add a few drops of almond extract.
- Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for better mixing.
