Description

This Easy No-Bake Pistachio Cheesecake is a delightful dessert that’s creamy, nutty, and requires no baking at all!


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • ¼ cup chopped pistachios for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the pistachio pudding mix and cold milk. Whisk until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add the pudding mix and blend well.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
  6. Garnish with chopped pistachios before slicing.
