Description

Delicious egg-baked meatloaf wrapped in savory beef suet, perfect for a hearty meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound beef suet
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, beef suet, eggs, breadcrumbs, onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
