- 4 bell peppers
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 eggs

- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned.
- Stir in the paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and mix in the beef mixture, cheese, and parsley.
- Fill each bell pepper with the egg and beef mixture.
- Place the stuffed peppers upright in a baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set.

- Feel free to substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
- Adding diced tomatoes can enhance the flavor.
