Description

Delicious and nutritious egg-stuffed bell peppers filled with a flavorful ground beef mixture.


Ingredients

  • 4 bell peppers
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned.
  4. Stir in the paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  5. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and mix in the beef mixture, cheese, and parsley.
  6. Fill each bell pepper with the egg and beef mixture.
  7. Place the stuffed peppers upright in a baking dish.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
