- 1/2 cup heavy cream

- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease ramekins with butter.
- In each ramekin, add a tablespoon of cream, followed by an egg, then the remaining cream.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and cheese.
- Place the ramekins in a baking dish and fill the dish with hot water halfway up the sides of the ramekins.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the eggs are set but the yolks are still soft.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
