- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs, then cool them in ice water.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chives, everything bagel seasoning, and salt to the yolks.
- Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Fill the egg white halves with the yolk mixture.
- Sprinkle with additional everything bagel seasoning if desired.
