Description

A delicious flourless and sugar-free chocolate cake that is perfect for keto diets and chocolate lovers.


Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups almond flour
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup erythritol (or another keto-friendly sweetener)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • â…“ cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • â…“ cup unsweetened almond milk


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line an 8-inch (20 cm) round cake pan with parchment paper or grease it.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and almond milk until well combined.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until you have a smooth batter.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
