Description

A delicious and fluffy omelet packed with spinach and cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.

  5. Sprinkle cheese on top and fold the omelet in half.
