- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the spinach and sauté until wilted.
- Pour the eggs into the skillet and cook until the edges begin to set.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and fold the omelet in half.
- Cook until the cheese is melted and the eggs are fully set.
- Slide the omelet onto a plate and serve warm.
